- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 doz. eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- chopped fresh parsley
- Canadian-style bacon
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Prepare oven.

3Reserve bacon.

4Heat margarine in rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inches, in oven until melted.

5Tilt dish to coat bottom.

6Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt in large bowl until blended.

7Stir in onions.

8Pour into dish.

9Bake omelet mixture and bacon about 35 minutes or until eggs are set, but moist, and bacon is hot.

10Arrange omelet on large platter with bacon.

11Sprinkle with parsley.
