- 1 handful chopped onion
- 1 tsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. grease
Directions

1Melt grease in skillet at medium setting.

2In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk.

3Pour batter in the skillet.

4Let cook until golden brown on bottom side, then with a spatula, flip over and let cook on the other side.

5Put cheese and onion on top and then fold in half.

6Cook until cheese is melted.
