- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Egg Beaters
- 1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Add sugar, salt, Butter Buds and 1 cup of the flour.

3Beat until smooth. Stir in the rest of the flour and continue stirring until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 30 to 40 minutes).

4Spoon batter into 24 muffin cups, sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.

5Fill each cup about 1/2 full.

6Let rise until dough reaches the top of the muffin tin (28 to 30 minutes). Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

7Yields 24.
