- 1 cup of leftover chopped cooked chicken or 1 cup taco meat
- 1 cup small dry pasta
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 12 cup cottage cheese
- 12 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 tablespoon chicken base
Directions

1Heat the water, boullion and chive to boiling.

2Meanwhile mix the first 5 ingredients in an ovenproof dish.

3I use a round caserole with a lid.

4Once the boullion is disolved pour over the meat macaroni mix.

5Bake in 350 oven for one hour.

6This can be flavored many ways like by adding chile, olives or by hiding more veggies in it.
