- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 lb. or more (if desired) uncooked hamburger
Directions

1Layer rice and corn in a baking dish.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Pour 1 can of soup and 1/2 cup water over corn.

4Add onion and green pepper.

5Crumble uncooked hamburger over onion and green pepper.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7Pour another can of tomato soup and 1/4 cup water over meat.

8Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

9Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer.
