- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1 can English peas
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions.

2Drain peas and mix pea juice with celery soup.

3Put peas, carrots and potatoes in a greased baking dish.

4Pour celery soup with pea juice over mixture.

5Add beef, then tomato soup on top.

6Cover and cook at 350° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

7Let stand a few minutes before serving. Leftovers heat up good! Serves 6 to 8.
