One Dish Stuffed Cabbage

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce*
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped up

Directions

    Brown ground chuck; drain off grease.

    Add rice and onion soup mix.

    Line bottom of casserole dish with chopped up cabbage. Cover cabbage with meat mixture; cover with more cabbage.

    Pour tomato sauce on top; add enough water to cover top layer.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour, or until liquid has absorbed.
