- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Crisco oil
- 2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Put flour into a large mixing bowl.

2Combine sugar, milk, salt and oil in a saucepan and heat to boiling; remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm.

3Add yeast and mix well.

4Pour into flour and stir.

5Batter will be sticky.

6Roll out batter on a floured board and cut with biscuit cutter.

7Lightly brush tops with melted oleo and fold over.

8Place rolls on a cookie sheet, put in a warm place and let rise for 1 hour.

9Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
