- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 4 Tbsp. Crisco, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix yeast and water well.

2Add other ingredients and mix well. Let sit one hour in warm place, covered.

3Knead on floured board, roll out and cut rolls.

4Place on cookie sheet folded in half. Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
