  • 2 yellow onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 garlic bulb
  • 25 small potatoes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • coconut oil
  • steak

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peppers, cut the tops off, clean out the insides and rinse them off, then slice them long ways.

    Tomatoes, cut off the ends, rinse them off, then quarter. put the green, red peppers and tomatoes into a cake pan.

    Garlic bulb, separate all of the cloves of garlic from the bulb, then skin the cloves after taking off the ends. Then put garlic cloves into the cake pan with the peppers and tomatoes.

    Onions, slice off the top and bottoms and take off the first layer of skin, wash them off with running water. Next quarter the onions and put them into the cake pan with the peppers, tomatoes, and garlic.

    Potatoes, scrub, rinse and then cut in half. Then put potatoes into the cake pan with the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and onions.

    Steak, Rinse the steak off, cut into small bite size pieces. Next put pieces of steak into the pan with the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and onions.

    Sprinkle sea salt, and pepper on top of the veggies and meat. Stir. Melt a couple tablespoons of coconut oil and stir it into the veggies and meat mixture.

    Put pan into the oven. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. Take it out and stir. Put back into the oven for another 30 minutes.

    Your oven might be different than mine. So use your own judgement on temperatures and times.
