- 4 or 5 (1-inch) pork chops
- 3 or 4 small red potatoes
- 4 julienne carrots
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 large sliced onion
- dash of parsley
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Brown pork chops in margarine in a large frying pan. Slice potatoes into thin slices.

2Slightly drain pork chops and add vegetables in this order:

3carrots, onion and then potato slices. Add chicken broth and spices.

4Cover and simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.

5Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
