  • 1 cup baking mix (gluten-free or reg)
  • 1 1/4 cup soy milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 3/4 tsp ground sage
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cup turkey, cooked & shredded

Directions

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Grease rectangular baking dish.

    In large bowl, whisk together baking mix, milk, eggs, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, poultry seasoning, & pepper.

    Then add in turkey.

    Could add some chopped celery/onion if desired.

    Pour mixture into greased baking dish.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
