Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- potatoes
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 c. or more white wine (to your taste; may also use 1/2 wine and 1/2 orange juice)
- rosemary sprigs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place pork chops in bottom of large casserole that has a lid. Peel potatoes and slice about 1/8-inch thick and arrange over the top of meat.

2Drain and rinse sauerkraut and put over top of the potatoes.

3Pour wine over top.

4Top with a few sprigs of rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until meat is done and tender and potatoes are tender.
