  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cups Onion, Diced
  • 1/4 cups Green Pepper, Diced
  • 1 pound Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 ounces, fluid Tomato Paste
  • 24 ounces, fluid Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 pounds Spaghetti, Broken Up
  • Grated Parmesan, To Serve

Directions

    Brown beef with onions and green pepper.

    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and seasonings.

    Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti.

    Cover and simmer on medium/low for 22 minutes.

    DO NOT LIFT THE COVER TO PEEK.

    Serve with parmesan cheese.

    (To reheat: Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.)
