  • 2 (14 to 15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. parsley flakes
  • 1 c. water

    Mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, onion, garlic salt and parsley.

    Set aside.

    Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Layer 1/3 each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan.

    Repeat twice.

    Pour water all around edges.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

    Let stand 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
