- 2 (14 to 15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, onion, garlic salt and parsley.

2Set aside.

3Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Layer 1/3 each of noodles, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan.

5Repeat twice.

6Pour water all around edges.

7Cover tightly with foil.

8Bake 1 hour at 350°. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

9Let stand 10 to 20 minutes before serving.
