- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 8 oz. carton pineapple yogurt or 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 3 eggs
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, blend at low speed, beat 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

2Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until top springs back when touched lightly.

4Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan, cool completely.

5Drizzle with glaze.
