  • 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 8 oz. carton pineapple yogurt or 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, blend at low speed, beat 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

    Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until top springs back when touched lightly.

    Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan, cool completely.

    Drizzle with glaze.
