- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Add egg yolks and beat thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

3Bake in layers at 375° for 25 minutes.
