- 1 to 2 lb. fillet of sole, scrod or other mild fish
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Mix sour cream, mayo and dressing mix.

2Dip both sides of fish into this sauce.

3Crush onions and coat fish with crushed onions. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° until fish flakes with fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.

4Serves 6 to 8.
