Onion Bake Fish

  • 1 to 2 lb. fillet of sole, scrod or other mild fish
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Mix sour cream, mayo and dressing mix.

    Dip both sides of fish into this sauce.

    Crush onions and coat fish with crushed onions. Place in baking dish and bake at 350° until fish flakes with fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8.
