["In large bowl mix yeast in warm water, let stand 10 minutes. Stir in 2 cups flour, butter, milk, 1/2 cup hot water, sugar, salt, and egg. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, stir in remaining flour - doubh will not be stiff. Put in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double. Punch down and toss on floured surface and flour as you roll dough into a 12 x 18\" rectangle. Cut lengthwise into 3 (4\"" by 18\"") strips. Make filling by combining last 7 ingredients on ingredient list. Put filling down center of strips. Fold dough around filling. Seal edges and ends. Place strip on greased cookie sheet.
