- 1 lb. Vidalia onions
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. nonfat condensed milk
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex pan.

3Peel and slice onions and separate into rings. Put into a medium sized saucepan and cover with hot water.

4Boil 1 minute.

5Drain well. Spread onions evenly in the 8 x 8-inch pan.

6Sprinkle with the parsley.
