  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 5 to 6 green onions, sliced
  • 4 c. Havarti cheese (may use Swiss), grated
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

    Layer half of onions; cover top with half of cheese.

    Repeat.

    Dot each layer with 3 tablespoons margarine.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour chicken broth over all and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
