- 5 extra large white sweet onions
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Peel and slice onions into thin rings.

2Saute slowly in butter until limp.

3Pour 1/2 of the onions into a greased casserole. Cover with Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs.

4Repeat layers. Bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

5Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
