  • 1/4 c. nonfat or low-fat, low-sodium Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. nonfat or reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard (no added salt)
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 2 tsp. dried dill weed

Directions

    Mix together in blender or food processor all ingredients. Process 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth and creamy.
