  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 egg yolk
  • a little milk

Directions

    This makes 10 rolls.

    Mix egg yolk and a little milk.

    Just before baking, brush with egg yolk-milk mixture.

    Put dried onion on and brush again with liquid.

    If you don't brush over the onion, they will burn.

    Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
