- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 egg yolk
- a little milk
Directions

1This makes 10 rolls.

2Mix egg yolk and a little milk.

3Just before baking, brush with egg yolk-milk mixture.

4Put dried onion on and brush again with liquid.

5If you don't brush over the onion, they will burn.

6Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.
