- 1 c. crushed saltines
- 6 Tbsp. oleo, melted and divided
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced (2 or 3 c.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Directions

1Combine saltines and 4 tablespoons oleo; press into 9-inch pie plate.

2Saute onions in remaining oleo.

3Place onions in pie shell.

4Combine rest of ingredients (except cheese and bacon) and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
