  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 lb. potatoes cut in large chunks
  • 1/3 c. olive oil

Directions

    In a shallow baking pan, grease all potato chunks with olive oil.

    Shake spuds and onion soup mix in a bag.

    Arrange in pan. Bake 40 minutes at 375°.
