  • 4 to 5 lb. onions
  • 6 cans College Inn beef broth
  • 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. dry sherry wine
  • Italian bread
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Slice onions and brown in butter until translucent.

    Add cans of beef broth soup, bouillon cubes and sherry.

    Heat through and put in soup crocks.
