- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 3 Tbsp. onion soup mix
Directions

1Scrub potatoes, do not pare.

2Cut each in 1/4-inch slices, lengthwise.

3Blend soup mix with oleo.

4Spread on one side of each slice.

5Put potatoes back together, wrap in foil, sealing securely.

6Bake 1 hour or until done.

7May be baked over coals or on grill top turning only once.
