- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1Scrub spuds; do not peel.

2Cut each in 3 to 4 lengthwise slices.

3Blend butter and soup mix; spread on slices, then reassemble potatoes.

4Wrap each in foil, overlapping ends.

5Bake at 350° until done, turning once.

6Can be put on grill 45 to 60 minutes.
