  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Combine the cake mix, pudding, oil, 4 eggs, vanilla and hot water and mix for 2 minutes.

    Add nuts and chocolate chips. Hand mix a couple of times and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
