  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together butter, egg and cake mix and pat in bottom of 13 x 9-inch greased cake pan.

    Mix and pour cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla over the 1st layer.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

    (Won't look done, but it will fall.)
