  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    In a large bowl, sift dry ingredients.

    Combine eggs, strawberries and oil and add to dry ingredients.

    Add pecans. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 325°.
