- 7 medium apples
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. table cream
- cinnamon
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter and flour and put half of the crumbs in unbaked pie crust.

2Save the other half to put over top of apples. Slice thin slices over bottom, then arrange halves upside-down and fill in with chunks.

3Pour table cream over top.

4Add crumbs. Sprinkle cinnamon over crumbs.

5Bake in deep pie plate at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 375° for 35 minutes.
