- 2 large cans peach halves
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk (undiluted)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
Directions

1Line unbaked pie shell with drained peach halves.

2Beat together egg, white sugar and evaporated milk.

3Pour over peaches. Mix brown sugar, butter and flour.

4Sprinkle on top of peaches. Bake 20 minutes in 375° oven, then 30 minutes longer in 350° oven. Yield: 6 servings.
