- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. smoke flavor
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together well.

2Using a fork, spread meat mixture on slices of bread or Subway buns or hamburger buns out to all edges.

3Place on baking sheet.

4Bake in oven at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until meat is done through.

5(Bottom of bread will be toasted.)

6Remove from oven and cover with slices of cheese. Return to oven for a minute or two until cheese melts.

7Serve immediately.
