- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 5 to 6 peaches (canned peaches may be used)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Line pie shell with peaches.

3Sprinkle sugar over fruit.

4Bake in shell for 10 minutes.

5Take out and turn oven to 350°.

6Mix the egg, sugar, flour and butter.

7Pour over fruit.

8Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
