  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 5 to 6 peaches (canned peaches may be used)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Line pie shell with peaches.

    Sprinkle sugar over fruit.

    Bake in shell for 10 minutes.

    Take out and turn oven to 350°.

    Mix the egg, sugar, flour and butter.

    Pour over fruit.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
