- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions

1Combine sugar, cream, milk, corn syrup and salt in a 4-quart saucepan.

2Mix well.

3Bring to a boil on medium heat.

4Place thermometer in mixture and cook to 236° (soft ball stage).

5Remove from heat; cool to 110° (lukewarm), without stirring.

6Add vanilla and beat until mixture loses its gloss.

7Add nuts.
