- 4 large oranges
- 1/3 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. toasted walnuts
Directions

1Peel oranges and cut up into small pieces.

2Put into a mixing bowl and add syrup, rum and cinnamon, tossing gently.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight or in a few hours until flavor penetrates the oranges well.

4Put into pretty salad bowls and add toasted walnuts.

5Remember to toast walnuts; this gives it a very good crunchy texture.
