  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin
  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Directions

    Drain juice from oranges and add enough orange juice to have 2 cups.

    Pour juice into small sauce pan.

    Heat and dissolve gelatin.

    Add sherbet.

    Stir.

    Add mandarin oranges and pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate until set. Serves 8.
