- 3/4 lb. beef fillet
- salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. baby bok choy
- 1 onion
- 4 strip orange peel
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. orange stir-fry sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic paste
- Segments from 2 oranges
- crushed red pepper
Directions

1Season fillet strips with salt and pepper.

2Heat 2 teaspoons canola oil in a large nonstick wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

3Stir fry half the beef 30 seconds; remove to a bowl.

4Stir-fry remaining beef; add to bowl.

5Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok; add quartered baby bok choy, onion, and orange peel strips.

6Stir-fry 2 minutes.

7Add water; cover, cook 2 minutes.

8Uncover; add orange stir-fry sauce and garlic paste; stir-fry 1 minute.

9Add meat and juices back to wok with orange segments; stir-fry 30 seconds.

10Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
