  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • garlic clove, minced
  • 1 boneless beef top round steak, 1 1/2-inch thick

    1.Stir the gravy, orange zest, orange juice and garlic powder in a 1-quart saucepan.

    Place the beef on a rack in a broiler pan.

    Broil 4 inches from the heat for 25 minutes for medium or to desired doneness, turning the beef over halfway through cooking and brushing often with the gravy mixture.
