  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 2 lemons (juice) or 6 Tbsp. ReaLemon
  • 2 oranges (juice) or 3/4 c. orange juice

Directions

    Mix yellow cake mix as directed. Place 1 teaspoon of cake batter into small greased and floured muffin tins.

    Bake until light brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.

    While hot, dip each one in the mixture of confectioners sugar, orange juice and lemon juice.

    Cool on waxed paper.
  5. 5
    Top with confectioners sugar rosettes with green leaves.
