- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. orange segments or orange marmalade
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 325°.

2Cream the margarine and sugar. Stir in the flour and orange juice; beat until smooth.

3Pour into a 9-inch square baking dish.

4Place the orange segments or marmalade on top.

5Bake for 25 minutes.

6Let bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and slice.
