Ingredients
- 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 30 grams Cake flour
- 30 grams Sugar
- 4 grams Salt
- 3 grams Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 Egg yolk
- 175 grams Squeezed Orange Juice and egg yolk
- 30 grams Cultured butter
- 40 grams Chopped orange peel
Directions

1Juice the orange and add the egg yolk so that it totals to 175 g.

2Wash the skin of the orange with coarse salt, zest half of the orange and add to step 1.

3This will be your liquid ingredients for the bread.

4Make the dough with a bread machine.

5Add the butter after 5-7 minutes of mixing time and add the zested orange peel when the 'mix in' beep sounds.

6Allow the dough to rise.

7Punch, divide and let rest for 15 minutes, covering with a damp cloth to prevent from drying out.

8Reshape the balls and place them into the mold.

9Allow to rise (2nd rising) .

10Bake in an electric oven at 200C for 18-20 minutes and it's done.
