- 3 to 5 lb. brisket
- 2 medium sliced onions
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. red sweet wine
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Season meat with salt, garlic salt and paprika.

2Place onions in bottom of roasting pan; place meat on top.

3Make sauce of remaining ingredients; pour over roast.

4Let stand about 1 hour or do day before to marinate.

5Roast at 350°, covered, for about 3 hours, basting time to time.

6Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
