  • 140 grams butter
  • 140 grams caster sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 140 grams self raising flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp orange zest into the batter
  • 140 grams icing sugar
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3 tbsp marmelade and orange jeez

    Preheat 180

    whisk butter and sugar untill fluffy then add in the egg, flour,orange zest and add milk
  3. 3
    bake at 180 C for 20 to 25 minute then set aside

    FOR THE FILLING ,beat the butter with icing sugar till its fluffy

    once cake ready cut into half spread the icing on one side and spread mermalade on the other side then assamble then springkle with orange zest and icing sugar
