  • 150 grams margarine softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 oranges large, juice

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Grease a bundt pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.

    Separate the yolks from the whites.

    Whisk the egg whites until they're stiff, set aside.

    In a bowl, whisk the softened margarine with the sugar until you it gets a creamy consistency. Then, add the milk and mix well.

    Add the flour and baking powder and beat very well until the dough begins to make bubbles.

    Add the whisked egg whites, and mix gently with a spoon, stirring from the bottom up.

    Place the dough in the pan, and bake for about 50 minutes.

    Check the cooking, remove, and unmold.

    Prick the cake with a fork while it's still warm, and sprinkle with orange juice.
