- 1 1/2 lb. carrots
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- zest of 1 orange
- 1 c. orange juice
Directions

1Peel and cut carrots into 3-inch pieces. Cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.

2Drain.

3Place in 9-inch baking dish.

4Melt butter.

5Add sugar and flour.

6Mix well. Add orange zest and orange juice.

7Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.

8Pour over carrots.

9Bake 15 minutes.
