- 2 1/2 lb. chicken parts
- 6 oz. frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Spread chicken in a pan.

3Mix together juice, soup and water.

4Cover chicken with juice mixture.

5Cover with aluminum foil.

6Bake for 1 1/2 hours, uncovering chicken for the last 15 to 30 minutes (depending on how crispy you like it). Baste often while baking.
