- 8 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tub (1 L) thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 package (200 g) chocolate wafer cookies
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur or orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- fresh orange sections or mandarin oranges
Directions

1MICROWAVE chocolate with milk in a large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time.

2Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

3Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.

4FOLD whipped topping into chocolate mixture.

5SPREAD one-quarter of the mousse onto bottom of a 9 inch (23 cm) springform pan.

6Combine liqueur and water in small bowl, dip 15 wafers into mixture for 5 seconds each.

7Cover mousse layer with a 1/3 of the wafers.

8Repeat layers 2 times more ending with mousse layer.

9Cover and freeze.

10LET stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.

11Garnish with drizzled chocolate and chocolate dipped orange sections, if desired.
